Toggle on/off the "create an account" link on the signup page.

Can we create a toggle link in the agency dashboard to either turn or off the "create an account" link on the signup page? I would like to have my clients enter their credit card information in my subscription software platform first before they are given the option to create an account. That way after their trial their account gets charged.
