I have several clients that will come with a big initial existing customer list - we can't just send out 3,000 at one time - can we get daily throttling limits we can set? This would be on the Client Screen

It would be very helpful if there was an option to send out batches of review requests automatically each day when a client uploads a big list of contacts. Giving the client the option to send out 10, 20, 30, 40, etc. review requests per day automatically would be a big time saver to keep them from having to sign in everyday and manually do it.

This is required to stop the twilio number getting burned and complying with Google's terms and conditions.

In Settings -> Contacts, when Auto Invite is enabled, we'll add a daily limit option. If more contacts than the limit will be added, we'll queue those for the next day(s).
If the limit was already reached in a day and trying to manually invite another contact, add a notification to the user that the limit was reached already and ask if they're sure they still want to send another invitation.
