the ability to integrate (connect) our own chatbot service within the software, so we can offer better support to our clients, without them having to leave the app and email, or use slack, or a chatbot on our website.
This will save RG (review grower) the hassle of building or connect their own chatbot for agency owners.

This is completed. In the agency settings you now have the ability to add your own custom chat widget. Note that you as an agency impersonating a business will not see the widget, as you will see our widget so you can still contact us.
Your widget will only be visible to businesses when they login with their email/password.
