Social posting, cycle templates

It would be good if we set the social postings and reviews will cycle through the different templates so it's not the same image every posting. The more diverse the images as they post over time, the better we look as an agency.

In addition to that, add more settings to the auto-posting:
- specify which days of the week
- specify time of day, in a specific timezone
- add more flexibility, post in different slots of the day, or all at the same time
- add more social content options and add tokens (contact, rating, review snippet and anything else we can add), add + sign to add more social content options
- when manually posting, allow businesses to add the reviews to a queue and then be able to review the queue before they get posted
Add a "settings" icon next to the "Auto-posting" settings.
