Show password validation on account setup

Password validation should show up on the "Account setup" section.
Currently if you add the password and the password doesn't meant requirements it shows up when you're on "company information" after you click on create button. Which then you have to click back, change the password and then go back to company information and re-enter.
Validation should be done on after on "focusOut" for the password input field.

Add validation for the first 4 elements (first, last, email, password) on the first step of the signup after clicking the Continue button. Also add another field "Password Confirmation" to make sure the password does not have any mistakes.
Add an "eye" icon to show/hide the password.
