Ok, we will display their phone and email in the feedback section on the Dashboard and Feedback pages, with a "view more" link to see other details, if there are any custom fields.

Yes and any info that is submitted on the feedback form to be displayed, so if a custom field is added that is shown on feedback dashboard

Dave, is this for adding the phone number and email as well on the dashboard in the feedback section? Could you elaborate this a bit more?

Yes and any custom fields in the feedback form, it saves having to search contacts for there info as they have been already in the funnel and left feedback that needs replying to
