For in person or printed leave behinds, a QR code that goes to the Review Funnel for a customer to leave a review directly, instead of being added to a follow up queue, since they are actively looking to leave a review, not be asked for one.

In the review funnel page, add a button at the top right to show a QR code. Also add a button to open up the landing page of the review funnel.
