And at Reviewshake you can add a csv upload-button so tha our clients are able to upload their contact lists. would be cool too.

Andreas, we already have that on the Contacts page. You have multiple options to add contacts:
- manually
- webhook
- public add contact form (which will be editable after this feature request is completed)
- CSV upload
