Option to customise the transactional emails

Please add the ability to customise in the Agency Dashboard the transactional emails for:
- new account created (via signup link or via API)
- business account access revoked
- payment has failed (if these emails cannot be customised from Stripe?)
- any other mandatory emails

Add an editor for the following emails:
- new account created
- password reset
- business account access revoked/reinstated
- new reviews found
- private feedback sent
- invite a team member (agency team member)
- invite a team member (business team member)
Include a "send test" email button.
Place this in the "Agency Settings" page, "Email Templates" tab.
