Option for clients to add locations from their dashboard?

Can we include an option for the client to add locations from within their dashboard? For example, we sell them a package that includes 3 locations, we can set that limit in our agency platform, and that will allow the client to add 3 locations from their dashboard. They could click a link or button, and then there would be some sort of indicator showing how many locations they have left.
