More hideable sections under 'manage plans'

We are in a situation where we would like there to be more sections that can be hidden inside of the area where you can manage the plans you create for customers. Can we have the ability to hide sub-sections, like "main", "campaigns", "review funnel", or "Bulk Actions". The reason for this is because we want to allocate certain tasks to certain individuals, and hide the sub-sections they do not need to see. Is this possible?
