Make Plans with Subscribers Editable

When attempting to make changes to a plan with subscribers we are met with the message 'You can't modify or delete this plan, there are X subscribers on it.' There are valid reasons to change many of the features of the plan AFTER there are subscribers, and most edits won't affect anything (for example, adding/changing Features). Please make at least the Features section editable no matter if there are subscribers. Frankly, everything should be changeable except for Price.

Tom, this was a great idea. We actually thought too that we should change this and let the users allow changing the plan. But we'll still disable deletion of the plan if there are active users. This is completed, you can now modify a plan that has subscribers.
