Indicator on usage of sms texts

Is it possible to set a monthly usage limit for sms text messages for each account? For example, we sell a package that allows for 1000 text messages each month. There would be an option from within our agency dashboard where we can set this limit. The client would also have some kind of visual indicator showing how many sms messages they have sent. There could be an option from the agency to either stop the sms messages once they hit 1000, or let it continue to send sms message and just indicate a message highlighting an overage cost per sms once they surpass the 1000. (or whatever limit we elect to set)
