Get notified when new business signs up

Currently when a new business signs up, we as an agency owner aren't notified with any email.
This means we have to manually keep checking throughout the day for any new trial users to add them to a series of emails and SMS helping them get the best out of trial.

The business owner also doesn't receive any welcome emails or log in details when they sign up.

Add 2 notifications when the businesses signup:

- to the agency -> new business signed up!
- to the business -> welcome email

Make them editable.
