Disable business entirely

Use case:
As an agency, we may have clients/business who neglect to pay on time. In this instance, we want to stop providing services to them until they settle their account.

Current functionality:
The "disable access" capability currently prevents portal access for a business.
However, the links, widgets, social media posts will continue to work and they will receive those services even without being able to access the portal.
In order to stop providing those services, we would have to delete the widgets/links/configuration or even the entire business.
Of course, if the client/business settles their account and wants their services back, that would mean that we have to rebuild everything we just deleted.

Desired functionality:
An option to disable the entire business gracefully.
We definitely don't want to create errors on the clients website by disabling the widget, or introduce completely broken links.

Portal access would either be disabled, or they'd be able to login but not do anything and be presented with a message along the lines of "This account has been disabled, please contact your account manager for assistance".

Widgets would disappear off the customer site. The server-side code for the widgets would check if the business is disabled and if so, would not load the widget assets at all.

Emails / Texts would not be sent out at all.

Links would stop loading the review funnel, but just display a message along the lines of "Sorry, this page is currently unavailable". If the theming of page (colours/logo etc) can be kept the same and it's just the actual content that gets replaced with an error message, that would be ideal.

Social media posts - that would simply just stop producing/publishing posts.
