When user's customers give feedback using the 5 star widget, what happens next should be customizable. For example - with ReviewShake, you can set it so that if the reviewer selects 4 stars or less, the Google compliant private feedback form displays. If 5 stars is selected, the Google logo hyperlinked to the businesses GMB reviews form displays. With ReviewGrower, its not customizable and 4 stars allows for a public review to be posted.

Completed! There is now a setting "Good Rating Threshold" configurable.

In the review funnel editor we will add an option for segmentation to select a threshold of what is considered a good review that will show the review sites, not the feedback form, insted of hard-coding to 4 stars. Make 4 the default.
Also add an option to customize the NPS, default to 7.
