Clarify Password field on signup form

Some of my customers are asking me for the "password" on the signup form, not realizing this is for their new account, so they need to create their own. If you add a confirm password field (which is standard for passwords for new accounts) and give the option to reveal the password (simultaneously removing the confirmation field) this will be clear to them.
