Most of the customers tend to only click and leave a rating, but don't take the time to write a text review. We could add a survey box to ask them to write a comment (internal feedback), then allow them to copy paste the comment when clicking on external links to leave a review. We could add this as another layer that can be enabled/disabled after they click on the thumbs up/smiley face.
