Add last month sms allocation and consumption in API

please add the SMS allocation and actual consumption for last month in the API, so invoicing the extra SMS using 3rd party tools can be easily automated.

In the businesses page, add column for last month SMS consumption/allocation. For example:
- 1200/1000 -> you need to bill them for extra 200
Create an API to be used that will output that information for the businesses, to be used in external systems automatically.
The API's could be:
- API request for a specific business
- API request to get a list of all businesses and their consumption
