Add an automated email when someone completes a review.

Once someone completes a review, can their ben an automated email that gets sent to them either thanking them for the positive feedback, or apologizing for the poor service and asking for advice on improving the service.

Where do we find this message to edit, in the system? Also, is it only going to the email in the account or can we add additional email addresses to receive this message?

Sandy, the email is not editable. That would be a good roadmap item, to make notifications editable. We already have an item to add additional email addresses to notifications and it's works in progress.

We can 100% do this:
We know when people submit a private feedback form after giving the frown face, and can do this.
If someone hits the smiley face we known but we don't know if someone actually leaves a review. So we couldn't do this.
