A brief message and Call-to-Action button with an editable link

I am new and not sure if this feature is already implemented. On clicking the website review widget, it should be possible to have a provision for custom text and a call-to-action button, where the link for the button can be freely chosen. This feature could be an upsell to a free FITD review review widget.
