We reviewed this on the call, everybody agreed SMS authentication is the best way to go, to be added on signup and also randomly on login.
This will be enabled or disabled in the agency settings:
- only allow agency to choose whether it is ON/OFF globally
Make sure we show the user's phone number on the agency dashboard.
For users that don't have a number yet, don't do 2FA until they add a number.
